Can I buy chips while they're hot? Absolutely! Ballreich's Factory Store is OPEN Fridays 10 am - 4 pm and located at 186 Ohio Avenue, Tiffin, OH 44883. Please call to ensure your favorite flavor is available "hot" off the line before you come. Be sure to check out our plaques, pictures, apparel and gifts! Ballreich's Chips and Snack products are also available in many retail stores. FIND US in a store near you.
Do you sell t-shirts? We do! Along with t-shirts, we carry a number of great gift items, all available in the factory store or in our ONLINE STORE.

GET COUPONS NOTE: Discounts may be applied after your order is placed if your shipments can be combined. Some shipments may need to be split into 2 or more shipments because of the size of the order, therefore a discount will not apply, and the order will remain at the original total on your e-mail receipt. Some questions when ordering online are:
How do I order a 2 pound box? Simply click on "order now" at the left of this screen, choose "potato chips", click on "one pound" in the center of the screen, choose a "2 pack" by clicking BUY, view your cart and choose 1# Marcell in both drop down boxes in the cart - this is our original (or regular) flavor with the rippled texture.
How do I get a coupon to work? First, be sure to check the expiration date to be sure that it is still a valid coupon. Next, click "view cart" at the top right of your screen, if not already there. Look for the "coupon code" box, located in the middle of the page under the "Total". Enter the code with exact characters given (i.e. if the code is capitalized, be sure to use capital letters or if there are no spaces be sure that you do not use spaces). Once entered, click the "recalculate" button next to the coupon box and the coupon will appera underneath the items you have in your cart. If it still did not apply, be sure that you have met the coupon requirements. For example, $2 off $20 requires a $20 subtotal of product in the cart, before shipping. Also, if only valid on select items, be sure those items are present in the shopping cart. If you are still having trouble, simply enter the coupon in the comments / gift message box and we will correct the order when it processes.
I received a "zip code error" message. What is this? If a zip code error message appears, this is usually because the zip code entered to calculate the shipping on the "view cart" screen does not match the zip code listed in the shipping address on the "checkout" screen. Click the back button on your web browser or click "view cart" and be sure the zip code is the same as the ship to zip code. Then click "checkout" and check the ship to address to ensure they match. If you are still having trouble, enter 44883 and make a note in the comments for us to adjust the zip code to ____ or call 1-800-323-2447 (M-F 8am-4pm EST) for assistance.
Checkout takes me to "new easy shipping" instead of a confirmation, did it go through? If this happens it may be due to too many changes being made and/or back clicks while shopping. Please close the Internet page and reopen and add the items to the cart, choose the flavors, enter the ship to zip code, enter the coupon and click recalculate. Double check everything then scroll down and click "checkout". Enter the bill to and ship to addresses and credit card information and sumbit the order. Upon submitting the order a "receipt of confirmation" message will appear on the screen and in your e-mail. If you still have difficulty, call our office at 1-800-323-2447 (M-F 8am-4pm EST) to order.
There is a message on the screen that says,"requires menu selection" This means you have not chosen all of your flavors. While on the shopping cart page, make sure that you have chosen the specific flavor, size, etc., from each of the drop downtabs under the items in your cart. Once all of these have been selected, simply click "checkout" if ready to submit your order or if you would like to continue shopping be sure to click "continue shopping" to save your selections. If you do not click "continue shopping", all of your flavor choices will not be saved.

How long do potato chips last?
Ballreich Chips are shipped out with our freshest product, with a minimum 30 days shelf life. They also freeze very nicely in the original unopened packaging.
How do you pronounce "Ballreich's"? We've had many people ask for the correct pronunciation of our company name. The correct pronunciation is: "Ball" as in "Baseball" and "Rikes" as in "Bikes" = "Ball-Rikes".
Do you ship gift boxes?
You bet!! People love to get them! They make a great way to say "Thank You", "Congratulations", "Get Well Soon" and simply "Hello". Ballreich's ships throughout the United States as well as to APO and FPO addresses, and many other countries. Don't forget our service men and women. They are always appreciative when they receive Ballreich�s products.
How long does it take to receive my order?
You won't have to wait long! We process and ship your order the next business day, shipping with the freshest product available. The closer you are to Ohio, the sooner you'll get your order, generally 4-6 business days. Please allow more time for PO BOX, APO, FPO and special ship packages. Orders placed in December are subject to a 10-business day shipping time due to increased UPS deliveries. Apparel, baskets, merchandise and specialty items may be delayed up to 10 business days if inventory is depleted. Please specify if there is a date desired for delivery. Closed on holidays. For 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day or Next-Day shipping be sure to count 1 extra day for processing. Be sure your billing address matches your credit card and all numbers and expiration date are typed correctly to ensure your order ships on time.
Can I customize a package?
You sure can! Ballreich's CREATE A COMBO packages come in 3 different sizes: small (choose 2), medium (choose 4), and large (choose 8). Each option allows you to choose from our many different sizes and flavors of potato chips, pretzels, pork rinds, popcorn, tortilla chips, puffs, and more! Can I order regular shipments of my favorite Ballreich's products?
Of course! We offer a monthly shipper program where you can customize which months you would like to receive your shipments, in order to keep your shelves from going empty! Orders are sent the last Wednesday of each requested month. We will do our best to ensure you receive them before any holiday so you will never be without your favorite Ballreich's products. Just let us know how often you would like them. Prepayment is required. As a thank you, you will receive 10% off 6 shipments or more to the same address, within a year. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express along with checks and money orders. Cash is accepted if you are paying in person. Please do not send cash through the mail. A MAIL ORDER BROCHURE is available to send your order through US mail.
Do you send sales receipts?
You will receive an online sales receipt sent directly to your e-mail. In our efforts to "Go Green" we no longer mail paper sales receipts. See GIVING BACK for our "zero waste" award.
Can I preorder a shipment?
Absolutely! Orders must be placed within 90 days of its requested arrival date. Shipments will be shipped in advance to arrive on or before the date requested. Simply note "HOLD TO ARRIVE ON: month/day/year" in the comments box when ordering at the checkout screen.

Do you offer returns or exchanges? Returns or exchanges for like items are allowed on non-food items only. Returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase date. Customer must pay shipping to return the item to Shipper Returns, 186 Ohio Ave Tiffin, OH 44883. Exchanged items will be shipped at no charge from Ballreich's.
