1 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
3 oz blue cheese
3 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/4 cup minced onions
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sour cream
Mix all ingredients together. Chill then serve with your favorite potato chips, pretzels or tortilla chips!
FETA DIP
1 Cup Bulgarian Feta 1/2 C Middle Eastern-styleYogurt 1/2 C Sour Cream
Garlic to taste - ("puree" the garlic as much as possible)
Beat/whip all ingredients together. Serve with Ballreich Potato Chips, Pretzels or Tortillas.
GARLIC CHEESE BITES
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 cup margarine softened
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 package pull & peel cheese sticks
1 cup Ballreich's Potato Chips (crushed)
Bake chip crumbs for 10 min at 350 degrees in pie tin or other pan, remove from oven and set aside. Cut each cheese stick into 4 pieces. In a separate bowl, melt margarine and stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder and pepper. Let it cool briefly. Stir in cheese sticks and crushed chips. Use toothpicks to make hors d'oeuvres. Refrigerate leftovers.
TACO DIP
16 oz cream cheese
16 oz sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 8-12 oz jar taco sauce
1 large container fresh Pico de Gallo***
***(found in fresh fruit/veg section of grocery store)
8 oz shredded cheddar or taco blend
Ballreich's 13 oz Yellow Round or 14 oz Restaurant Tortilla Chips
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and 2 tbsp taco sauce. It is easier to use a mixer. Spread this in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan (or other dish you prefer). Layer the refried beans, taco sauce and Pico de Gallo. Top with shredded cheese. Feel free to add your own toppings of choice (lettuce, onions, black olives, etc.).
CORN BEEF CHEESE DIP
2 - 8 oz cream cheese packages
1 package dried corn beef
5 green onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. accent
7 oz Ballreich's Potato Chips or 8-9 oz Ballreich's Pretzels
Chop corn beef and green onions really fine. Mix into room temperature cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Enjoy with chips and pretzels!
CHIP DIP FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 container sour cream
30-50 pepperoni's diced (thicker is better)
16 oz Ballreich's Potato Chips, 2 - 8/9 oz Ballreich's Pretzels or 13/14 oz Ballreich's Tortilla Chips
Melt cheese in saucepan over low heat, stirring often. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Store in sealed container in refrigerator. Serve with Ballreich's Potato Chips, Pretzels or Tortilla Chips!
SPINACH DIP
12 oz carton 1% low fat cottage cheese
10 oz pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
8 oz can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
16 oz Ballreich's Potato Chips, 2 - 8/9 oz Ballreich's Pretzels or 13/14 oz Ballreich's Tortilla Chips
Place cottage cheese in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Place in a medium bowl and set aside. Drain moisture from spinach by pressing between paper towels until barley moist. Add spinach and all remaining ingredients to cottage cheese, stir well. Cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours before serving. Serve with Ballreich's Potato Chips, Pretzels or Tortilla Chips!
LOW FAT ARTICHOKE DIP
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise
3 cans artichokes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 diced onion
1/4 c. Romano cheese
Dash of hot sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
16 oz Ballreich's Potato Chips, 2 - 8/9 oz Ballreich's Pretzels or 13/14 oz Ballreich's Tortilla Chips
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with Ballreich's Potato Chips, Pretzels or Tortilla Chips!
PECAN POTATO CHIPS
2 c. flour, sifted
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Ballreich's Potato Chips (crushed)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add potato chip crumbs and nuts, then stir in flour. Form into small balls using about 1/2 teaspoon of batter each. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Press balls flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
